What are the limitations of computers?
Although the computers are very fast and accurate still they have some limitations.
- Computers cannot think itself. It processes the data according to the specifications given by the use. A computer cannot handle errors by itself. Software has to be developed so as to handle both physical and logical errors.
- Computers can process towards a goal only when all the steps are properly specified. The task has to be defined in detail.
- They cannot take decisions on their own. They cannot draw any logical deductions without going through all the steps.
- Unlike human beings they cannot learn from the past experience. The operational logic has to be provided through command instructions and programs in order to make them work.
