In the same year Amarajeevi Potti Sreeramulu Homoeo.Medical College was also started. These two colleges were taken over by the Government in 1972. In 1979 Government have merged these two colleges and named the merged college as Jaisoora Potti Sreeramulu Govt.Homoeo.medical College, Hyderabad. At present the college is functioning in its own building at Ramanthapur, Hyderabad. The college is imparting BHMS course with 5 ½ years and 1 year internernship. The intake of the college is 60 every year.
