Call Center is the place where service to the customers undertaken through the telecom facilities, internet, voice based support, web based support, email responses. These call centers are in every part of the different business industries/sectors like IT, Banking, Insurance, Pharmacy, Airlines, Hotels, etc, to help the customer services. In call centers there are mainly two services like Inbound/Outbound, in case fo Inbound the call center executives receive the calls from customers to enquire about the product of a particular organization provides, in case of Outbound service the call center executives calls to the customers for selling of products or marketing the products of any organization.

Call Centers are of Domestic Call Centers and International Call Centers, Domestic Call Centers deals with the customer with in particular country/locality. International Call Centers deals with the customers in various countries.

Any one who has a good communication skills especially in English can bring up their career in this area. There is no particular eligibility for this career. One can able to earn attractive pays.
